Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Representative, Order Processing, to join our Order Processing team. You will review customer purchase orders, create associated sales orders and invoices, provision licenses on customer accounts, and complete all company-required documentation for audit support. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Orders Management, you'll be responsible for:
šReviewing and validating customer purchase orders using a checklist, and coordinating with Sales Reps and Sales Ops to resolve issues šPerforming provisioning activities after bookings to ensure customers are licensed, and tracking trial features for existing customers šCreating initial invoices in the ERP system and reconciling across ERP, CRM, and licensing systems for accuracy šProviding support to Partners, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Sales teams on contracts, deal structures, renewals, and upsells šManaging peak order volumes, meeting deadlines, and handling special assignments or process automations from HQ
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
šPost-graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or other similar streams, with 3 or more years of experience šGood working knowledge of MS Office šSound analytical skills
