Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
📍Lead key workstreams in the annual compensation process while acting as a trusted advisor to compensation planners.
📍Oversee compensation for a designated global region and act as a subject matter expert to drive key projects and initiatives in a country or region.
📍Be a strategic partner to the Human Resources, Finance, and HRIS/Workday teams to enhance compensation-related workflows, processes, and analysis.
📍Engage in benchmarking analyses and survey submission processes.
📍Collaborate with leaders to design and revise compensation programs, policies, and processes.
📍Play an integral role in promoting fair and consistent pay practices in alignment with company values and regulatory requirements.
Your Skills and Experience:
📍Minimum 7 years of compensation-related experience 📍Experience working with job evaluation, survey matching, and compensation benchmarking analyses 📍Experience working with the compensation module within Workday 📍Experience working in a global environment is a plus 📍Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills 📍Ability to interpret, analyze, and visualize data and trends 📍Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline processes and continuously improve how we deliver collateral to our key stakeholders
