Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Identify, engage, and manage key influencer and affiliate partnerships in the LATAM region. 📍Execute localized campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive measurable trading volume. 📍Develop and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, affiliates, and community leaders. 📍Work with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure campaigns align with business objectives. 📍Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report insights to leadership. 📍Stay up to date on crypto, fintech, and community trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
What We Look For In You
📍4+ years of experience in BD, influencer partnerships, or affiliate marketing. 📍Strong understanding of crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech environments. 📍Proven track record of building partnerships and driving measurable growth results. 📍Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. 📍Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. 📍Fluent in Spanish and English.
