Job Summary
Responsibilities and duties
š1. Sponsorship Sales & Business Development šIdentify, approach, and secure new sponsorship opportunities across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle properties. šDevelop tailored partnership proposals that align brand objectives with property assets. šLead end-to-end sales processes ā from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closure. š2. Relationship Management šBuild and maintain long-term relationships with brand decision-makers šServe as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their marketing goals and translating them into sponsorship strategies. š3. Market & Industry Insight šResearch market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the sponsorship landscape. šCollaborate with the strategy and activation teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and renewal opportunities. š4. Reporting & Revenue Growth šMaintain accurate pipeline reports, forecasts, and CRM updates. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
š6-10 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or brand collaborations (agency or rights-holder side). šStrong network of marketing and brand contacts across multiple sectors. šExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. šStrategic thinker with the ability to craft creative sponsorship solutions. šResults-driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a track record of meeting revenue goals. šComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
