What You'll Be Doing:

📍Monitor trading activities in real time to proactively identify abnormal trades, price fluctuations, and potential market manipulation risks. 📍Perform risk analysis and alerts across spot, derivatives, margin, and other trading products, executing risk control actions when needed. 📍Closely track high-volatility markets, extreme conditions, and unexpected events, assessing their impact on platform stability and users. 📍Provide feedback to risk product team to optimize trading risk control rules, parameters, and workflows. 📍Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams on incident handling, post-mortems, and ongoing improvements. 📍Work in shifts and support U.S. market hours, including U.S. stock market trading sessions.

What We Look For in You:

📍Diploma or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. 📍Solid knowledge of U.S. equity markets or financial trading, including stocks, futures, options, or other derivatives. 📍Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry; familiarity with major digital assets and exchange operations is a plus. 📍Strong risk awareness, data sensitivity, and analytical thinking, with the ability to stay composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. 📍Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with different counterparts. 📍Willing to work according to given schedule to support 24x7 operations. 📍Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
