Responsibilities

📍Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial data. 📍Gather necessary data to support disclosures, tax requests, and audit requests. 📍Develop/update ad hoc reports and forms as needed to support routine activities, accounting needs, and financial reporting needs. 📍Create and maintain procedural documentation and training materials to support existing or newly established procedures. 📍Ensure compliance with all Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, including compilation of control evidence. 📍Assist with the monthly rent payment processes for all store owners. 📍Promote innovation and create workflow efficiencies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

📍3+ years of overall general accounting experience required 📍High attention to detail required 📍Ability to process high volumes of data required 📍Public accounting experience preferred 📍SaaS or Technology industry experience preferred 📍BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are a plu
