Job Summary
Responsibilities of the role
📍You will support the Risk team with the company’s risk management framework and controls that govern financial and enterprise risk, your key responsibilities will include: 📍Support the Risk Team with day-to day risk management activities under guidance from senior team members. 📍Assist in the identification and documentation of financial and operational risk across Copper’s products, services and processes. 📍Support financial risk monitoring activities, such as tracking exposures, limits and key risk indicators under supervision. 📍Help prepare risk reporting and management information using Excel and other tools, including simple summaries and trackers. 📍Support coordination with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Product, Technology) to help gather information for risk reviews and assessment. 📍Assist with the documentation of risk incidents and issues, including logging updates and following up on remediation actions. 📍Help collect and organise information used in risk assessments, including inherent risk description, control mappings and action tracking.
Your experience, skills and knowledge
đź“ŤEssential đź“ŤCurrently in your second year at university or a year before graduation, completing a Risk Management, Business studies, Finance/Economics Degree or related field. đź“ŤProficient in Microsoft Office. Comfortable using Excel for simple data analysis and reporting. đź“ŤStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and documentation.
