Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šDeliver a best in class recruiting experience for all candidates communicating professionally throughout the process šCoordinate and manage phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates with speed, accuracy, and efficiency šSupport other recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, on-campus events, in-office events and candidate expenses šMaintain candidate status and distribute candidate evaluation forms in the applicant tracking system šEngage with internal teams outside of HR as needed (office management, facilities, etc.) šAssist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects, as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
šAt least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or administrative function šExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills šAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment šFlexibility and willingness to work overtime if needed šExcellent written and verbal communication skills šBachelorās degree
