Key Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for business support roles across operations, finance, HR, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and executive support. đź“ŤPartner with hiring managers and senior leaders to deeply understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and business drivers, translating these into effective recruitment strategies. đź“ŤProactively source, assess, and engage high-calibre candidates using a range of channels, including direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, and agency partnerships. đź“ŤBuild and maintain strong, forward-looking talent pipelines to support both immediate and anticipated hiring needs.
Skills and Experience
📍3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, high-performance environment (financial services or professional services preferred). 📍Proven ability to recruit for specialised, competitive business support roles with a strong focus on quality and delivery. 📍Strong direct sourcing capability, with the persistence and creativity to identify and engage top-tier talent. 📍Confident, credible communicator able to influence and challenge stakeholders when required. 📍Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivery standards.
