Job Summary
Responsibilities and Goals:
šOperational management of recruitment processes šBuilding relationships with hiring managers and understanding their business and technical needs šSourcing suitable applicants through online job boards šConducting interviews and applicant screenings to fill open positions šRegistration and management of employees' personal documents šPersonnel training plan development and management šManagement of employee performance and evaluation issues šMaintaining personnel documentation and records šHandling ad-hoc hiring requests
Requirements
š2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus technical roles šExperience in sourcing with LinkedIn and other tools šExperience in supporting recruiting team and hiring managers šFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems šProficiency in written and oral English šExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills šExcellent written and oral communication skills šStrong sense of urgency, with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes šUnderstanding and strong interest in web3 industry
