Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelops a purchasing strategy together with the vendor management, contract management, payment management. šReviews and processes purchase orders. šMaintains records of goods ordered and received. šNegotiates prices and contracts with suppliers. šBuilds and maintains relationships with vendors. šSelects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts. šEvaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price. šSchedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders. šResearches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services. šCoordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs. šEnsures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise. šManages all contracts and cost, and does the data analyst. šResponsible for the global business orders including marketing, legal, tech, product, mainly supports tech orders.
Qualifications:
šExcellent organizational skills. šEffective communication skills. šNegotiation skills. šResearch and analytical skills. šExperienced in tech project management and purchasing requirements, such as system, tech service, AWS etc. šBachelorās degree. šOver 3 yearsā experience as a purchasing manager or agent. šFluent English.
