Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities
šDevelop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with the companyās goals and budget. šManage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices. šMonitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial plans. šIdentify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement costs. šAssess and mitigate risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions and vendor reliability. šSupport and maintain robust procurement policies and procedures to safeguard company interests and ensure adherence to these policies. šWork closely with HR, Marketing, Facilities, Finance and Legal teams to understand and fulfill strategic procurement needs. šProvide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices and supplier selection.
Your Skills and Experience
šMinimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the financial services or high-frequency trading sector. šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. šProven track record in negotiating and managing contracts and suppliers. Comfort working with technology-driven stakeholders and/or suppliers is beneficial.
