Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šProgram Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of Community Treasury Grants, including application intake, review processes, compliance checks, legal coordination, and disbursements. šBoard Coordination: Own the logistics for Community Treasury Board (CTB) meetings, such as curating agendas, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clear followups. šExecution & Communication: Lead operational implementation of Treasury programs by engaging with applicants, conducting eligibility reviews, and guiding them through next steps. šCross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with internal teams (e.g., Governance, Marketing, Founder Experience) and community collaborators to ensure strong alignment and clean execution. šImpact Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of transparency and impact reports; track and report on funded initiativesā progress and challenges. šProcess Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows; implement improvements to support scale and transparency.
What You'll Need
š2ā4 years of relevant experience in program operations, grants management, or a similar role. šProven track record of handling complex workflows with precision, ideally in a fast-moving or decentralized environment. šExceptional organizational and project management skillsācomfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight. šExcellent verbal and written communication, especially in communicating with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams. šFamiliarity with grant tools and operations-related platforms. šSelf-starter mindset and strong sense of ownership.
