Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.
Job Summary
The Role
šWeāre looking for a Product Lead to drive execution across our yield marketplace, including BTCFi primitives, DeFi integrations, and tokenized RWA expansion. Youāll own the bridge between leadership, business development, and engineering ā ensuring high-leverage ideas become reality. You will be the quarterback of execution across Functionās most strategic bets. šYou will work directly with the CEO, COO, and cross-functional leads to: šDrive GTM execution of FBTC across DeFi ecosystems and institutional integrations šValidate and execute new vault structures (DeFi, RWAs, etc.) šInterface with key partners (CEXs, custodians, fund managers, protocols) šDeliver roadmap clarity, speed, and precision to engineering šTrack market dynamics and ensure our product edges remain defensible šThis role sits at the intersection of structured strategic thinking, fast-paced, crypto-native execution and professional institutional product management. Youāll be expected to demonstrate ownership over your domain, experiment new product ideas, and deliver results
Required Experience
š7+ years of combined prior experience in product management roles at leading traditional financial institutions, crypto protocols, or b2c platforms. šExperience working with major financial institutions, protocols, and exchanges. šStrong understanding of BTCR primitives, defi vaults, and RWA/tokenization stack. šStrong understanding of Traditional Finance, DeFi, and Risk concepts. šStrong understanding smart contracts, chain networks, custody, and security. šProven track record of executing and scaling early-stage products and ability to lead strategic projects with minimal oversight. šComfortable writing clear docs, specs, and GTM plans. šNative fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
