What you'll do:

📍Define and execute the product strategy for Bitpanda’s advanced trading interface, ensuring a high-performance and intuitive experience tailored to skilled traders 📍Streamline the core trading journey for all users, reducing friction and improving accessibility without compromising functionality 📍Experiment constantly, analysing both qualitative and quantitative data, iterating to drive conversion through our core activation flows 📍Work closely with and build a shared understanding with engineering and UX to deliver great outcomes 📍Lead initiatives from idea to implementation and be responsible for the whole product lifecycle to meet short-, medium- and longer-term commercial and business objectives

Who you are:

📍3+ years of experience in a Product Management role within crypto, fintech, or trading platforms 📍You’re comfortable with concepts like spot, margin trading, staking, on-chain transactions and wallets, and you understand how retail and pro traders actually use trading platforms 📍Deep understanding of trading mechanics, market structures, order execution, trading APIs and risk management tools. Experience designing advanced trading interfaces, ensuring a balance between powerful features and ease of use 📍Strong analytical mindset, able to use trading metrics, behavioral insights, and user feedback to inform decisions. Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning engineering, UX, Compliance and external providers teams to deliver high-impact solutions 📍Experience with large-scale consumer-facing web and mobile applications, particularly in financial services, trading, or cryptocurrencies. Knowledge of market-specific trends and user behaviours is an asset.
