Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šBring a systematic approach to product development. Implement best-practice tools/practices and use them to guide the evolution of the product. šOwn the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch. šDevelop a deep understanding of the market through user/market research, data analysis, and marketing experimentation. šWrite product requirements documents for new products and features. šWork with engineering/marketing/sales to deliver new products and features to market. šDevelop metrics and processes to measure product success.
Desired Skills and Experience:
šAt least 4 years of product management experience in an enterprise B2B role. šTaken several products from start to launch. Deep familiarity with all stages of the product lifecycle and multiple tools/processes for handling the problems that can occur at each stage. šExcellent communication skills -- both spoken and written. šA zest for fast-paced, startup-like environments, adapting swiftly to the ever-changing DeFi market.
