Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDefine and prioritize the core features for the exchange's MVP (spot trading, basic order types) šIntegrate the initial market making strategy to provide baseline liquidity šSet up user account structures, including KYC processes and wallet integrations šEstablish key metrics for measuring exchange performance and liquidity
Requirements:
š7+ years of product management experience in financial technology or cryptocurrency exchanges šStrong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and market making principles šExperience with order matching engines and trading algorithms šFamiliarity with regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency exchanges šExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex trading data šStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams šWeāre looking for someone with experience in Web 3.0, cryptocurrency, blockchain, cryptography, and decentralized finance (DeFi) to support the growth and innovation of our crypto exchange platform.
