Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities
šPerform end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract management, and purchase order administration. šAnalyse spend and supplier data to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement. šCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely, efficient procurement outcomes that align with strategic and operational goals. šAssist with supplier management, including tracking performance and maintaining strong working relationships. šContribute to process improvement, compliance, and cost optimisation initiatives. šPartner with the global procurement team on cross-regional projects and initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
š2ā5 years' experience in a procurement, sourcing, or supply chain role ā or transferable experience from an operations or project management background. Direct procurement experience is advantageous but not essential. šCompetent in Excel and comfortable working with data, including manipulation and reporting tools. šHands-on and dependable, with a natural inclination to take ownership, dive into the detail, and follow through on commitments. šConfident and clear communicator, able to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders both locally and globally. šComfortable operating in a global environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with counterparts across EMEA and the US.
