Responsibilities:

📍Lead scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of crypto-market volatility, trading volumes, pricing, and regulatory shifts. 📍Build and maintain product- and region-level P&Ls across Spot, Derivatives, Custody, and Card businesses. 📍Design and implement expense allocation models for shared resources to ensure transparency and accountability. 📍Partner with Product and Strategy leads to identify and quantify opportunities for margin expansion and efficiency. 📍Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executives and the Board. 📍Support the development of tools and automation to scale forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required. 📍8–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategy, or finance roles within crypto, fintech, or financial markets. 📍Expert financial modeler with strong business judgment and analytical rigor. 📍Direct experience using financial systems, ideally with NetSuite.
