Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Lead Generation & Marketing Support: 📍Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new leads through various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and content development. 📍Marketing Collateral Support: Help create and maintain marketing materials such as proposals, presentations, and sales documents to support lead generation and client engagement. 📍Campaign Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead nurturing campaigns and optimize strategies for lead conversion. 📍Requirement Gathering & Analysis (Desirable): 📍Requirement Gathering: Assist senior team members in understanding and gathering client requirements, ensuring all necessary information is captured for project proposals. 📍Requirement Analysis: Although not a core responsibility, you will have the opportunity to contribute to analyzing client needs and help translate them into actionable insights to guide the presales process. Team Coordination: 📍Collaborative Support: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including technical, sales, and delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution of the presales process. 📍Task Management: Help support team members by tracking tasks and deadlines, ensuring that all actions are completed on time and aligned with client expectations. 📍Proposal Creation: 📍Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of customized proposals for clients, ensuring that solutions align with both client needs and organizational capabilities. 📍Documentation Support: Help in preparing, maintaining, and reviewing proposal documents, presentations, and other presales materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism. 📍Other Supportive Responsibilities: 📍Pre-sales Documentation: Assist in preparing pre-sales documents, client presentations, and other materials for meetings and calls. 📍Learning & Development: Take the initiative to learn about the presales processes, client interactions, and the company's products/services to enhance your skills and career growth.
Key Skills & Requirements:
📍Essential: 📍Experience : 1-2 years of experience in presales, sales, or a related field is preferred. 📍Accountability & Ownership Mindset: Demonstrates a proactive attitude, takes ownership of tasks, and ensures they are completed on time. 📍Good Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents, proposals, and liaising with internal teams. 📍Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to team goals and ensuring smooth coordination of tasks. 📍Web3 Understanding (Preferred): Exposure to or an interest in Web3 technologies such as blockchain, decentralized applications, or related fields is a plus. 📍Lead Generation & Marketing Support: Understanding of lead generation strategies, marketing tactics, and campaign execution will be advantageous.
