Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, contextual product demos of our AI agents to finance and treasury teams, with a focus on relevant use cases, automation potential, and business value. 📍Customer Presentations & Collaterals: Create persuasive pre-sales materials, including decks, one-pagers, and demo flows, to communicate Xalts’ value proposition effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. 📍Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders (finance heads, treasury leaders, C-level execs) to shape winning solution strategies. 📍Solutions Design & Strategy: Translate customer requirements into tailored workflows and solution architectures using Xalts’ AI and integration capabilities. 📍Proposal Support: Partner with sales leads to build strong business cases—including pricing, implementation plans, ROI analysis, and competitive differentiation—for proposals and RFP responses. 📍Documentation: Own the creation of customer-facing technical documentation, including solution specs, implementation blueprints, and onboarding guides.
Requirements
📍Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant graduate qualification is a plus. 📍3–7 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing product role—preferably in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software. 📍Strong understanding of finance or treasury operations is a plus. 📍Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into clear, value-driven narratives.
