Job Summary

Responsibilities:

📍Implement organizational strategies that enhance inclusion, engagement, transparency and accountability 📍Function as a strategic partner and business advisor to leadership to drive workforce excellence and productivity 📍Develop operational plans and policies that focus on talent attraction, employee retention, development and progress 📍Develop and implement performance assessment and management systems to drive employee development, recognition and goal achievement 📍Initiate and implement strategic projects that foster high-performance culture and strong employer brand 📍Develop employee grading systems and practices to ensure fairness in terms of compensation structure 📍Utilize HR data to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives

Requirements:

📍Proven experience as an People an Culture Leader in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup, crypto or financial services company. 📍Previous experience in building performance assessment and grading systems in complex organizations. 📍Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics (very desirable) and the challenges of a global workforce (Employment of Record etc) 📍Experience in building and scaling People and Culture functions in a startup environment. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
