Job Summary
Job Description
šProvide full scope of payroll processing for employees of different entities. šEnsure timely processing and on-time salary crediting. šAccurate submission of statutory monthly / yearly / periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / ad-hoc IR21 / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims etc. šProcess monthly OT payment and reimbursement of staff claims. šResponsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts. šWork closely with site managers and employees on payroll and billing queries etc. šOversee the Time Management System (TMS). šHandle queries on payroll from internal and external auditors. šReview and update Payroll policies and procedures to improve processes and controls and ensure compliance. šLead and coach Payroll Executive. šManage or assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
šDiploma in the relevant trade
šStrong knowledge of local payroll regulatory laws
šPreferably candidates from labour intensive industries.
š3-5 years of payroll processing experience in an MNC.
šProven experience leading a team of technicians and supervisors.
šStrong team player with the ability to work independently.
šExcellent interpersonal and networking skills.
