Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute paid social strategies and media plans aligned with user acquisition and revenue goals šHands-on campaign setup, launch, and daily optimization across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, and others) šRun ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and formats to improve performance šAnalyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights šCollaborate closely with creative, data, brand, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns šStay up to date on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging trends
Requirements:
šStrong experience managing both app and web acquisition campaigns šDeep hands-on expertise across major paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X, etc.) šIdeal to have AppsFlyer experience, including deep links and deferred deep links šStrong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools šExperience in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms šStrong APAC paid social experience, including local platforms šExperience with additional platforms such as Reddit and regional APAC social networks
