Job Summary
Responsibilities
šCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve given KPIs šAssist the team lead to implement structured workflows, guidelines and improve team efficiency šMonitor and control all stages of the project life cycle and ensure that teamās project targets are met within the project timeline šMonitor and resolve wallet issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders šInvestigate business demands, provide overall solutions and own the implementation of them šAnalysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions šOther related duties allocated by the team leader
Requirements
š3-5 years of experience in operations, managing projects or management consulting šGood understanding of financial and blockchain trading businesses šGreat logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and a quick-learner šHave a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability to work under pressure
