Job Summary
Responsibilities
šThe Office Admin/ Partner Support Representative works in our Partner Support Department to help support our Dealers and Sales Offices. Due to the expanding nature of the company often requires changing roles and additional responsibilities. šAnswering incoming calls and making out bound calls šLiaison for merchant applications pended in Underwriting šDocument management, quality control, quality assurance šCreation of new & existing sales offices šAssist management as needed in facilitating resolution of Merchants, Dealers and Sales Office issues šProcessing orders of marketing materials or merchant supplies for Dealers and Sales Offices šAnswering & updating requests received via internal ticket system šPerforms other duties and assignments as directed by Management
Qualifications
šAbility to work on the phone with a friendly and professional attitude
šProblem solving, detail oriented and ability to multitask
šExcellent communication skills both verbal and written
šAble to effectively cooperate with team members and other departments to resolve issues
šStrong interpersonal and presentation skills
šKnowledge of MS Office Suite & Google Docs is a plus!
šSolid organizational skills
