Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
📍Develop global travel policy and strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives. 📍Negotiate with airlines and hotels to secure discounts and flexible cancellation options, while driving cost control and conducting ROI analysis and cost management. 📍Lead the integration of travel data with expense control and financial systems, create data dashboards, track compliance, costs, and satisfaction, and optimize based on data-driven insights. 📍Drive the digitization and automation of travel processes to enhance efficiency. 📍Assist employees in making reservations in accordance with company travel policies, showcasing strong skills in international travel booking and problem solving. 📍Support the completion of ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proven experience in international travel booking 📍Prior experience with visa process and immigration policies is preferred 📍Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English 📍Good communication , strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure 📍Meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask 📍Proactive and pleasant personality, great team work 📍Able to work diligently and independently under time constraints
