Job Summary
What you will do
šIdeates, strategizes, plans and executes marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition, adoption and increase CLTV of Coins users šManages social media, CRM, paid ads and community channels šConceptualizes and executes promos to grow user base and drive CLTV šMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals šRecommends optimization strategies to improve performance šAnalyzes customer behavior, user sentiments and competitor campaigns to inform marketing strategies šDrives public relations initiatives to grow awareness and share of voice of Coins šLiaises with compliance team to ensure that campaigns are align with SEC requirements

šProven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns šExperience with the relevant marketing channels and tools (digital, social media, and CRM among others) šExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English šStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills šMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity šKnowledgeable in fintech, web3 and cryptocurrency
