Job Summary

What you’ll do

📍KOL Sourcing & Recruitment 📍Identify and source relevant Web2 and Web3 KOLs across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) 📍Build and maintain a KOL database and pipeline 📍Assist in evaluating creators based on engagement, audience quality, and content fit 📍Campaign Execution & Support 📍Support planning and execution of KOL campaigns from briefing to publishing 📍Coordinate content submissions, reviews, revisions, and publishing timelines 📍Ensure KOLs follow campaign requirements, including referral links and CTAs 📍Track deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion 📍Agency & External CoordinationAssist in managing relationships with KOL agencies 📍Collect proposals, quotes, and creator shortlists 📍Support coordination for larger campaigns, offline activations, or special events 📍Documentation & Operations 📍Assist with contract coordination and briefing document distribution 📍Maintain trackers for KOL status, timelines, and deliverables 📍Collect post-campaign metrics (views, engagement, signups) and support reporting 📍Performance Tracking & Learning 📍Help track campaign performance and basic KPIs 📍Support post-campaign reviews to identify insights and optimization opportunities

What you’ll need

📍0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing operations, or related roles 📍Strong interest in creator economy, social media, and digital marketing 📍Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks 📍Good communication skills; comfortable following up with creators and agencies 📍Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 📍Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or agencies 📍Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g. Upfluence, Modash, manual analysis) 📍Interest in payments, fintech, or digital wallets
