Job Summary
In your day to day role you will
šBe the market product & customer expert through deep expertise on PayPalās own products as well as competitorās. šArticulate local customer needs and problem statements to the central product organization to drive customer centric product development and represent gaps šDefine product requirements & strategy based on local market customer and technology insights. šTranslate business strategy into product strategy by partnering closely with the market leaders šWork with the international product manager to create local PRDs. šEnsure product readiness from a local market perspective (Alpha & Beta tested) šOngoing product performance monitoring to ensure early detection and resolution of issues along the XO journey. šTranslate learnings into recommendations and present to global product leads. šCollecting customer voice and customer needs
