Job Summary
Day to day you will work alongside your cross-functional peer group to influence strategic design decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible app and web experiences. More specifically:
šensure that all the organizationās output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand and strategic commitments.
šApply a customer-focused, iterative design process, while elevating impact and craft.
šMake design decisions based on research and insights and advocate for continuous learning and inclusive design best practices.
šCollaborate with other cross-functional Design team members (Research, Content Design, UX Operations, Branding) and Business and Engineering stakeholders.
šShow strong people management and leadership skills to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team.
šBe engaged, ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
Qualifications:
šExperience in Sr. UX role and evidence of managing creative teams (including leadership, team building, and delegation.
šProven experience in leading, growing and inspiring highly talented and productive teams.
šThorough command of the UX lifecycle with deep, direct experience in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques to drive momentum and credibility within the organization.
šBe excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
