Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šRecommend innovative benefits programs by studying employee requirements, trends, and developments in benefit offerings šLead the benefits renewal process for the US and our international locations; manage US annual Open Enrollment šPartner with Talent Acquisition to ensure clarity in how we communicate our benefits to candidates and to understand the competitiveness of our Total Rewards package to our relevant talent pool šCollaborate with People Operations Business Partners to ensure consistency of messaging šManage vendor relationships with our various benefits and immigration partners šSupport the Total Rewards team in the development of communication and education programs designed to increase workforce knowledge on total rewards strategy and initiatives šDesign, build and evolve Total Rewards metrics, reporting and tools to inform program decisions šStandardize, document and automate processes across all jurisdictions šEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements across the United States and in our international markets šProvide escalated support for employee questions
Minimum Qualifications:
šBachelorĆ¢ĀĀs degree in human resource management, business administration, a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training š8+ years experience managing benefits programs; 3+ years of international benefits experience šStrong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking and analytical skills šUnderstanding of compliance with an eagerness to learn about and keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and industry trends šStrict attention to detail šStrong cross-functional project management skills
