Job Summary
Your Day-to-Day:
You will report to the Performance Marketing and Customer Acquisition Lead, and will: šOwn the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance. šAnalyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. šIdentify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis. šCollaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks. šSuggest experimentation by defining success metrics, validating results, and recommending next steps. šTranslate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams. šAssist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning. šManage data pipelines and analysis for Hubspot in collaboration with the BD team. šThis is a remote position, and candidates will need to work primarily within European time zones.
What You Bring to the Table:
š3+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry šAnalytics Tools: Proficiency with a product analytics tool, e.g Amplitude/ MixPanel šGoogle Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis. šMarketing Platforms: Working knowledge of Ad platforms such as Meta, X. Good understanding of marketing attribution. šTechnical Literacy: Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and first-party data integrations between marketing and backend systems. šReporting & Visualization: Skilled at building KPI dashboards and cohort reports; ability to translate data into clear insights and business impact.
