Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Maintain accurate books across multiple legal entities (currently 5, with more to come) 📍Handle multi-entity and multi-currency accounting 📍Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and collection 📍Manage Accounts Payable with vendors across multiple countries 📍Support and execute monthly closings in different currencies 📍Reconcile bank accounts, payment providers, and balance sheet accounts 📍Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations 📍Support audits, tax filings, and external advisors as needed 📍Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting workflows 📍Help document and standardize processes as the company scales
What We’re Looking For
📍You’re organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You enjoy creating order and ensuring that everything “just works.” You bring empathy, confidentiality, and strong communication skills to everything you do. 📍You should have: 📍3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent is a strong plus) 📍Big4 experience is a plus.
