Job Summary
What you will do
šDevelop and own the company-wide internal communications strategy, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with business goals. šPartner with leadership to design messaging for company announcements, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives. šDrive employee engagement by creating innovative campaigns, newsletters, and events that strengthen our culture and values. šLead the bi-weekly All Hands meetings end-to-end: partner with executives on agenda, prepare speakers, and ensure clear follow-up communication. šManage the company intranet / landing page as the central hub for updates, resources, and leadership messaging. šDevelop and maintain the playbook for Slack channel communications, including tone, structure, and best practices for company-wide and team-specific updates. šManage crisis and sensitive communications, ensuring transparency, trust, and credibility across the organization. šShape and amplify Employer Branding, highlighting company culture through awards, certifications, and recognition programs; partner with šPeople and Talent teams to ensure internal initiatives reinforce our external reputation as an employer of choice. šMeasure effectiveness of internal communication through surveys, adoption metrics, and feedback loops, using insights to continuously improve. šAct as a trusted advisor to executives and senior stakeholders on communication strategies and best practices.
About you
šYou are a strategic communicator and culture builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You know how to balance clarity with creativity, and youāre comfortable influencing executives as well as engaging employees at every level. Youāre proactive, adaptable, and excited by the challenge of shaping how information flows across a company. šYou have 5ā7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields. šYouāve successfully led large-scale communications initiatives, including All Hands meetings, company-wide announcements, and change management campaigns. šYou are confident in partnering with senior leaders, providing counsel on sensitive messaging and building alignment across functions.
