Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šAdministrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Human Resource & Administration department. šRecords Maintenance: Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate. šRecruitment Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees. šWelfare Coordination: Organize and coordinate welfare and recreational activities to foster a positive workplace culture. šSafety & Health: Support the Workplace Safety & Health committee and related activities. šSafety & Benefits Management: Administer and oversee employees' safety equipment and benefits.
Requirements:
šEducational Background: Minimum āOā level with relevant experience. Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field is preferred šExperience: Minimum 3 years of working experience within HR administration support šSkills: Strong team player with initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
