📍Proven experience leading security teams, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment 📍Deep technical expertise in security operations, detection & response, and application security. 📍A strong strategic mindset, with the ability to define and execute a multi-layered security strategy 📍Hands-on experience in security automation, using Python, Golang, or similar languages 📍Experience handling significant security incidents and developing resilient response strategies 📍A pragmatic approach to security, balancing security effectiveness with business priorities 📍Familiarity with cloud-native security principles, including AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and SaaS security 📍A track record of delivering security outcomes through automation, reducing reliance on manual processes
