Responsibilities:

📍Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to raise brand awareness, overall growth, and user acquisition. 📍Create and execute branding, positioning, and GTM strategies for new products and features. 📍Define and strengthen the brand’s identity, ensuring consistent messaging and a unique value proposition in the Web3 gaming space. 📍Drive brand growth through strategic campaigns, innovative partnerships, and engaging community-building initiatives. 📍Collaborate with the Engineering and BizDev teams to create cohesive messaging across all channels. 📍Plan and execute Web3 campaigns and launches. 📍Build, manage and nurture a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and data-driven decision-making. 📍Analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI goals.

Requirements:

📍5+ years of marketing experience in the Web3 space. 📍Experience in launching an L1 blockchain, and managing full cycle. 📍Proven experience in building and scaling brands, with a strong focus on positioning and growth in competitive markets. 📍Expertise in crafting and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and long-term audience loyalty.
