Responsibilities

📍Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Build and manage an affiliate marketing program with top Japanese influencers, KOLs, and content creators 📍Media & Exchange Partnerships: Negotiate and run partnerships with leading Japanese exchanges, crypto media outlets, and local ecosystem players 📍Community & Events: Host regular meetups, networking sessions, and IRL events in Tokyo to engage and grow the Nansen user base 📍Market Expansion: Shape and execute Nansen’s local growth strategy, bringing global initiatives into the Japanese market while adapting them for local culture. 📍Roll Up Your Sleeves: This is a hands-on role - you’ll be expected to execute campaigns directly, not just manage from afar.

Requirements

📍Fluent in Japanese (native-level) and English (business-level) 📍Deep network in the Japanese crypto ecosystem: influencers, exchanges, media, and community organizers. 📍Strong track record in growth, partnerships, or marketing, ideally within crypto, fintech, or tech startups. 📍Entrepreneurial mindset: able to operate independently, hustle, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 📍Comfortable wearing multiple hats - from negotiating partnerships to hosting events to managing campaigns.
