Job Summary
What You Will Do
đź“ŤWorking directly with the founders to scale the product, remix content for different platforms, and find creative ways to convert users across channels. đź“ŤDesign and execute campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth. đź“ŤMove fast from concept to launch đź“ŤBuild a consistent content engine with creators (in-house or external) that attracts and converts new users weekly đź“ŤOptimize conversion funnels and landing pages đź“ŤTrack performance, run experiments, pull insights from analytics, and present actionable recommendations to the team
What You Will Need
📍3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, or campaign execution (preferably at a startup or fast-moving agency) 📍Proven track record of launching and scaling campaigns end-to-end — from brainstorm to reporting 📍Deep fluency with social platforms: TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), and emerging channels 📍Experience managing creators, freelancers, or agencies 📍Strong grasp of funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, drop-off analysis) and eagerness to learn more advanced analytics 📍Self-starter with a startup mindset: you thrive with ambiguity, think outside the box, and don't need hand-holding 📍Open to travel for team events, conferences, and live activations 📍Experience with TCG, collectibles, gaming culture, or hobby communities is a big plus
