Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šDriving revenue from inbound and outbound by taking ownership of incoming leads across all channels and executing strategic outbound campaigns šIdentifying and hunting high-value prospects (ICPs) online (e.g. through AI-driven lead generation and outbound activities) and offline, e.g. through events šManaging the deal lifecycle, from qualifying prospects to understanding their needs and identifying decision-makers, while partnering with Senior Sales for complex opportunities šOwning our CRM pipeline, proactively managing deal stages to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent follow-through šDriving our growth strategy through taking ownership of our traffic generation channels, increasing visibility and inbound leads šManaging our content and SEO roadmap by leveraging newest technology trends, e.g. AI šActing as the first point in contact in Account Management, and together with our Customer Success team, ensuring 100% reliability for our clients
What you need to be successful:
šA Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field š2+ years of professional experience in Sales Development, Business šDevelopment, or a high-growth Sales/Marketing role šA demonstrable passion for crypto, decentralized finance and on-chain business models šA highly-proactive and results-driven mindset, being eager to learn new technologies, and comfortable taking ownership of new tasks šExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling outreach, build relationships and conviction with prospects šHighly professional demeanor and comfort interacting with institutional clients, with a very high proficiency in English šUnderstanding of the fundamentals of growth mechanics (SEO, Analytics), but more importantly a passion for and willingness to adapt to the evolving digital landscape, in particular AI and Search Generative Experience (SGE)
