The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are based out of SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.
Job Summary
What You'll Do
šSupport Grant Initiatives: Assist in launching, managing, and scaling grant initiatives in line with the strategic vision. šOperational Efficiency: Develop and implement streamlined processes for grants application, approval, and management. šClear Communication: Ensure clear communication of expectations, guidelines, and feedback with grantees and internal teams. šEntrepreneurial Execution: Identify and execute opportunities to enhance and expand grant programs. šCross-functional Collaboration: Align grant initiatives with Uniswapās ecosystem goals. šQuality Assurance: Maintain accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Uniswap's mission. šKPI Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs related to grant initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
š5+ years of relevant experience in grant management, management consulting, operations or as a founder šOperational Skills: Strong ability to develop and manage efficient processes. šCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. šEntrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to launch and scale multiple initiatives effectively. šMulti-initiative Management: Experience managing several initiatives at once. šCollaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally. šDeFi Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the crypto, DeFi, and Uniswap landscape.
