šImplement scalable infrastructure and platform foundations that support the next phase of CoinTrackerās growth šEstablish a roadmap for developer productivity improvements (e.g., ephemeral environments, platform tooling) that drive meaningful improvements in developer satisfaction and velocity šDeliver key shared services such as auth, audit logging, observability adopted across all product teams šDevelop and communicate a clear vision and long-term strategy for the Infrastructure and Platform teams
What you will do
šLead a team of 5-6 engineers across Infrastructure and Platform, providing clarity, prioritization, and coaching šDefine and drive the roadmap for infrastructure reliability and scalability, developer experience, and core platform services šGuide the evolution of our architecture toward modular, service-oriented systems šFoster a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence
