Responsibilities:

📍Lead the design and development of innovative, high-quality, and user-centered digital experiences for clients. 📍Mentor and manage a team of UI/UX designers and be responsible for their professional development. 📍Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, user needs, and project requirements. 📍Develop and maintain design standards, best practices, and design systems. 📍Ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements:

📍At least 12+ years of experience in UX design, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role. 📍A proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centered digital experiences. 📍Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading projects from concept to launch. 📍Experience in the financial services, insurance, or technology industries is a plus. 📍Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 📍Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX design patterns. 📍Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. 📍Experience in Agile methodology and project management.
