Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Own technical success for key customers: act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise and strategic accounts. 📍Design end to end solutions: architect integrations using Crossmint’s APIs, wallets, payments, tokenization, and compliance primitives. 📍Build and prototype: develop proofs of concept, middleware, scripts, or lightweight applications to accelerate customer adoption. 📍Guide production deployments: support customers through go-live, scaling, observability, and performance tuning. 📍Translate customer needs into product insight: surface patterns, gaps, and opportunities to Product and Engineering teams.About You 📍You are a senior engineer who enjoys working directly with customers and solving real-world problems. You are comfortable owning outcomes, not just delivering code.
You bring:
đź“Ť6+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or similar roles. đź“ŤStrong experience with APIs and integrations, including REST APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, and SDKs.
