Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šManaging a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Crypto Mid Office team ā this includes: šIdentifying, investigating and resolving trade, position and cash breaks by working closely with Traders šDaily PnL substantiation and reconciliation šLoan management šWorking with finance on month-end cash flow reconciliation and accounting bookings šLead the post-trade set-up for all new crypto business initiatives; work closely with trading, developers, risk, compliance and business development teams to onboard new strategies. šAnalyse existing Mid Office processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and propose better practices to enhance operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance. šCollaborate with technology teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that streamline operations and improve productivity.
Your Skills and Experience:
šBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CPA) are a plus. šMinimum 5 yearsā experience in Mid Office/Operations/Product Control function in a financial services company with high-volume and complex operations šStrong knowledge of financial products; crypto knowledge is a plus šDemonstrated leadership experience šDemonstrated experience in setting up new post-trade processes, initiating process improvements and designing automated solutions
