Key responsibilities:

📍Perform all aspects of customer due diligence and KYC verification  📍Monitor and analyse cryptocurrency transactions for suspicious activities  📍Conduct blockchain analysis and investigate suspicious patterns  📍Review and verify customer documentation and background checks  📍Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to senior compliance team members for further review  📍Oversee automated systems and robotic functions for any irregular patterns of activity or technical bugs, escalating issues when required  📍Work closely with external service providers to facilitate a seamless client onboarding process and ensure accuracy in transaction monitoring  📍Manage requests from both internal and external customers regarding onboarding applications and transaction inquiries, in line with defined SLAs  📍Maintain comprehensive compliance records  📍Assist in developing and updating compliance policies  📍Collaborate with legal and technology teams on compliance matters 

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Law, business or related field  📍3+ years combined experience in KYC/AML and transaction monitoring  📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency operations  📍Proficiency in both KYC verification and blockchain analytics tools  📍Comprehensive knowledge of global cryptocurrency regulations  📍Experience with both customer due diligence and transaction monitoring  📍Strong analytical and investigative skills  📍Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
