Job Summary
Responsibilities
šProvide prompt and courteous customer support primarily through Discord and Telegram platforms. šRespond to and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and tickets in a timely manner. šManage and nurture Discord communities, fostering engagement and building relationships with community members. šAct as a direct point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively. šMaintain a professional and friendly tone in all written communications with customers and community members. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs proactively.
Requirements
šPrevious experience in customer support or community management roles, preferably in a tech-related industry. šProficiency in using Discord and Telegram as primary communication platforms. šStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve customer issues efficiently. šExcellent written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. šAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. šComfortable facing customers directly and maintaining professionalism in all interactions. šAccent or language proficiency is not a requirement, but clear communication is essential.
