Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead and oversee all aspects of the Korean blockchain community, driving user engagement and sustained community growth. šDevelop and execute content strategies tailored to the Korean market, creating and managing high-quality content aligned with local user behaviors and preferences. šBuild and maintain strategic relationships with Korean blockchain communities, developer communities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ecosystem partners. šPlan and host AMAs and a wide range of online community activities to enhance brand awareness and expand market influence in Korea. šCollect and analyze user feedback and community data to continuously optimize community operations and engagement strategies.
Requirements
šMinimum of 2 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or related community/operations roles. šCandidates with experience in developing and executing community growth strategies from a B2B company perspective are preferred. šExperience managing corporate LinkedIn accounts is a plus. šStrong capabilities in content planning, creation, and editing, with the ability to independently produce high-quality localized content. šExcellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong collaboration abilities. šNative-level Korean proficiency and business-level English communication skills.
