Prysm is an official Ethereum proof-of-stake client written in Go. Both individuals and institutions can use Prysm to participate in Ethereum's decentralized economy by running a node and earn rewards by running a validator to help secure the Ethereum blockchain. Upcoming Stylus will enable users to deploy programs written in popular programming languages like Rust, C, C++, and more, side-by-side with existing Solidity dApps on the same Arbitrum blockchain.
Job Summary
What you'll do:
📍Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders; building and maintaining relationships with external peers 📍Serve as the main liaison for strategic initiatives between the CEO and the leadership team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration 📍Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the industry’s ecosystem, emerging technologies, and overall market sentiment 📍Streamline CEO workflows and optimize executive decision-making processes 📍Support the leadership team in establishing the foundation required to scale the business 📍Lead special projects and cross-functional teams as assigned 📍Proactively identify operational improvements in processes to drive efficiency, and consistently propose actionable solutions
What you'll need:
📍5+ years of experience in strategic initiatives or partnership roles 📍Deep crypto or blockchain professional or personal experience 📍A results-oriented team player with a process-driven approach, capable of functioning effectively in an unstructured, high-growth environment 📍Demonstrates high empathy, coachability, and a strong business EQ 📍Highly productive and driven by problem-solving 📍Demonstrates outstanding project management skills 📍Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
